Join us for a one-night-only culinary and mezcal experience at Odin Mezcalería, where tradition, flavor, and storytelling converge.

We’re thrilled to welcome the team behind Tlamati, a mezcal cooperative founded in Puebla by father-son maestros mezcaleros Balbino and Sergio Salas, in collaboration with agave advocates Orlando and Patricia Estrada. Named after the Nahuatl word meaning “to know and to feel,” Tlamati is grounded in sustainability, community, and the deep cultural roots of mezcal.

What to expect:
– 6:00 PM: Welcome cocktail + mingling
– 6:30 PM: Four-course dinner by Chef José Ramos
– Three guided mezcal tastings from the Vago + Tlamati collection
– Storytelling and insights from Orlando and Patricia Estrada, offering a deeper understanding of the people, practices, and purpose behind the mezcal
