About Vago:

Mezcal Vago is a project founded on a deep partnership with traditional Oaxacan mezcaleros. The brand was launched after Kuper met the legendary maestro Aquilino García López, a fourth-generation mezcalero whose exceptional spirits inspired the company.  Kuper helped bring Vago to life with a mission to preserve traditional production methods, provide full transparency, and ensure that mezcaleros are fairly compensated and properly credited for their work.

Each bottle proudly features the producer’s name, agave variety, and method—honoring the people and process behind every sip.
