NETA: tasting & prix fixe dinner

Join Odin Mezcalería in welcoming Max Rosenstock, a founding partner of NETA. Max works along with partners Niki Nakazawa & Yuskei Murayama, to work closely with over twenty small, family producers from the southern valleys and hills of Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, many of whom are members of the cooperative Grupo Productor Logoche.

Max will guide us through tasting the mezcal made by Evaristo Aquino Gutiérrez, Aniceto García, Primitivo Vázquez and Cándido García Cruz.

Cocktail hour: 6 pm
Dinner starts: 6:30pm

Prix Fixe Dinner by Chef José Ramos:

  • PICADITA de PULPO AHUMADO - Smoked octopus carpaccio, black bean broth, olives, roasted tomato salsa.

  • ENSALADA de SANDÍA ASADA - Grilled watermelon salad, hoja santa marinated fresh mozzarella, purslane, pistachio crumb.

  • ARROZ a la TUMBADA - creamy tomato rice, shrimp, mussels, pickled vegetable, epazote.

  • CHURRO con HELADO de CHOCOLATE y FRESA - open-faced churro sandwich, chocolate strawberry parfait, squash blossom cream

    Vegetarian options available upon request
