If you've ever enjoyed a pour at Odin, you've already experienced Hugo's influence. As our former Agave Curator, he helped shape the collection behind our bar, selecting bottles that honor traditional production, ethical sourcing, and the families who have been making mezcal for generations.

For this special prix fixe dinner, Hugo will re-introduce us to Maestros del Mezcal (MDM), a collective of hundreds of traditional mezcal producers from across Mexico. Their mission goes far beyond making exceptional spirits: they work to preserve mezcal's cultural heritage while supporting the communities behind it.
